David Harrison – Legal Counsel
David has over 26 years experience as a lawyer with a focus on providing business law services to entrepreneurs and growth stage businesses. This has included acting as in-house corporate counsel, advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, strategic alliances, joint ventures and financings. He has acted for numerous immigrant entrepreneurs to help them structure and protect their business interests in Canada.

For the past 18 years, David has acted as corporate counsel for one of the largest independent financial restructuring groups in Canada. He has also advised on numerous entrepreneurs and growth stage companies regarding their options to financially restructure their operations.
